About Shravan

Shravan Sabarish is a rising star in Wisconsin youth chess and a recognized mentor within the local chess community. At age 10, he has achieved multiple state-level titles, earned national tournament selection, and established himself as an inspirational figure for younger players.

Competitive Achievements

Shravan earned the 2025 Wisconsin State Elementary Chess Champion title at the WI State Scholastic Tournament held at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He also captured the 2025 WSCF Grade Level Champion title for 4th Grade. Additionally, Shravan was selected as Wisconsin’s alternate representative for the John D. Rockefeller III National Chess Tournament in July 2025, one of the nation’s most prestigious scholastic events. His current USCF rating of 1563 reflects his consistent high-level play.
